About Shipping
Orders placed online are typically shipped within 3 business days. Whenever possible, we do make every effort to ship orders with an expedited shipping option on the same day that they are received. If you have ordered an item that is temporarily out-of-stock, we will ship your order via the selected shipping method as soon as the product is available. We will not 'upgrade' shipping method due to out-of-stock items. At any time you can log in to the My Account area of the site to view the status of your order.
At this time we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the Continental U.S. (with the exception of the states of Hawaii and Alaska and U.S. Territories of Guam and Puerto Rico). Please contact our Customer Service Department via e-mail at info@dglproducts.com or by telephone at our toll-free number 1-800-392-8762 (Mon-Fri 8am til 5pm MST) if you are outside the U.S. and would like to place an order.
We cannot ship to PO box adresses or US Military APO/FPO addresses. Standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service. NOTE: We can only ship individual orders to a single address (no split shipments). If you need items shipped to separate locations, you will need to place a unique order for each item.
Real-time onlne tracking information is available anytime 24/7 for all orders that ship via UPS. To track an order, log in to view your account information and simply select the tracking number link for any order with a Fulfilled order status.
About Product Returns
We are committed to producing only quality products and will gladly replace any product that you order at no cost to you. If you have received a product that you believe to be substandard quality, please contact our Customer Service Department to arrange for an immediate product return and replacement.
